Payment Policy for website designing


  • 50% advance payment along with the Work Order.
  • Advance payment is non-refundable once the work is initiated.
  • Balance payment to be paid before final project delivery.
  • Prior-confirmation over email is required from Client to make the website live.
  • Three minor revisons are accepted within first month of delivering the website.
  • Minor revisions includes change in text, basic updation in visuals, change or updating of existing navigations.
  • Minor revisions excludes change in design, template and addition or change of plugins.
  • Revisions beyound as specified above are applicable to charges ranging from Rs 800-1800 (plus tax) per page.
  • Once the template is finalized and the development is started, Change in template design is applicable to additional charges
  • Amount of Rs 4500/- for website renewal and Rs 4500/- for SSL is charged annually for Single Page, Basic and Standard Website Categories. Amount of Rs 8000/- for website renewal and Rs 4500/- for SSL is charged for Premium and E-commerce categories.

Payment Policy for digital marketing


  • Digital marketing packages are available at annual subscription basis only.
  • Payment is divided into four installments, to be paid in advance.
  • Delay in payments may lead to temporary hold of service. Further delay beyond one month may lead to cancellation of service.
  • Services as specified in the scope are included and performance reports will be submitted at the end of each month.
  • Any service beyond the specified scope will attract additional charges.
